1. Take 3 numbers of Potatoes and peel the skin.
2. Cut it as thick slices like finger sized long stripes.
3. Soak it in cool water for 20 min and then soak it in hot water for 10 min.
4. Then dry it with a cotton cloth and freeze it for 1 hour.
5. Then take it out and deep fry for 2 minutes. Allow it to cool.
6. After then deep fry again till it turns brown. Double fry makes crispier.
7. Now French fries are ready to serve. Add salt and pepper over it then serve.
